If you prefer to pay online, the application is available below, and payment can be remitted via Pay Pal or by sending a check to the address listed above.

RETURNING VENDORS (from the 2023 festival)

Space inside a festival tent (approximately 10’ x 10’): $180
Space outside (approximately 10’ x 10’): $125

Your application and payment must be received by February 29, 2024, to secure these rates. Any applications submitted after February 29th, must pay the new-vendor rates below.

New Vendors - Please give us a detailed list of what you will be selling/displaying in your space. Be specific in why your work is unique.*

Returning Vendors - Need to remind me of something we discussed at the festival? Would you like to update your booth description? Do you have comments or suggestions? This is the place.

New Vendors, please attach or email to [email protected] at least three photos of your work and your booth set up. Your application will not be considered without photos. If your photos are too large to attach, please email them to [email protected].

Returning Vendors, you may attach photos of your work and your booth set up for our use to promote the festival on social media (optional). If your photos are too large to attach, please email them to [email protected].

New Vendors, please select your preferred space. If you are accepted, you will be offered a location on a space available basis.

Note to New Vendors: Please do not send payment at this time! Your booth fees will be due once you are accepted and a space is assigned. Our deadline for returning vendors to renew their space is May 1st, and only after that will we know how many open spots we have for this year's festival. We usually start jurying in new vendors in April/May, and we will let you know if you are accepted, waitlisted, or rejected as soon as the committee has reviewed your application.
