Paper application and payment must be sent by USPS mail to: FFF Treasurer, PO Box 1236, Madison, VA, 22727.
If you prefer to pay online, the application is available below, and payment can be remitted via Pay Pal or by sending a check to the address listed above.
2025 Rates
- Space inside a festival tent (approximately 10’ x 10’): $195
- Space outside (approximately 10’ x 10’): $140
Returning Vendors from 2024 festival – applications are processed in the order received. Your application and payment must be received by February 28, 2025, to receive priority over new vendors.
New Vendors – DO NOT submit payment at this time. You will be notified if/when your application has been accepted and your booth fees are due. You must follow the Vendor Selection Guidelines for your application to be considered.
