Thank you for submitting your craft vendor application for the 2024 Fall Fiber Festival! Please allow at least a week for confirmation of receipt of your application.
Returning Vendors: If you have paid by PayPal, you will receive separate confirmation directly from PayPal. If you are paying your booth fees by check, please make your check out to: Fall Fiber Festival of Virginia, Inc., and be sure to note it is for Vendor Fee.

Note to New Vendors: Please do not send payment at this time! Your booth fees will be due once you are accepted and a space is assigned. Our deadline for returning vendors to renew their space is February 29th, and only after that will we know how many open spots we have for this year’s festival. We usually start jurying in new vendors in March/April, and we will let you know if you are accepted, waitlisted, or rejected as soon as the committee has reviewed your application.
