The
Virginia Border Collie Association (VBCA) holds trials throughout
the year where members compete for points. At the end of the year

Competitors in the Open and Nursery classes also earn points in
the U.S. Border Collie Handler's Association and can go on to
compete at the National Trial and eventually compete in the World
Tial sponsored by the International Sheep Dog Society. The VBCA
welcomes all to watch the trials and enjoy the skills of the dogs
and handlers.
There
are four classes that will be runnin at the Fall Fiber Festival.
They are: Novice/Novice, Pro/Novice, Ranch and Open.
There
will be classes for dogs from nursery, which is a class for dogs
under 30 months of age with any handler, to an open class which
